Johnny was extremely responsive from the initial inquiry for a quote. He was knowledgeable, quick & efficient and his price was far more reasonable than any other quote we received. We were able to save some extra money by removing all of the existing laminate flooring & carpeting ourselves - Johnny even handeled getting the dumpster for us!
We ended up with 6 crew members that worked from 8am to 7:30pm on day one, leaving only the stairs which were completed the following day within a few hours.

We are so pleased with the job that Johnny, Adam and their crew did on sanding and restraining our hardwood floors. The whole home is hardwood and they worked meticulously to make them look like new. They moved all furniture to and from the garage while taking great care not to hit any walls. You can tell they care and that’s what it’s all about. We went with Creative Floors to do our Living/dining room and hallway flooring. We originally were going to refinish existing hardwood, but ran into an issue where part of the flooring was no longer hardwood. We are Very Happy with their work from start to Finish. We asked them to make us a coffee bar with an arch and a backsplash that we both wanted. They worked efficiently and very clean. They were careful with their sorroundings. Their attention to detail was fantastic and it shows that they take pride in their work. 1100 sq ft of worn, animal-marked hardwood floor with dark spots was sanded, stained, and finished by Creative Floors. The work was done in three days, the office was responsive, and the on-site team was clean and respectful.

They measured spaces precisely and delivered the agreed upon services with fantastic quality. While completing the work, they also identified additional broken boards and completed the services efficiently. We're very happy with the new floors!

We had creative floors refinish our stair case in a light white oak to match our new flooring and changed out the banister, railings and put in black iron spindles. After a terrible leak in my master bedroom and being ghosted from the mitigation company after they tore it all apart Creative Floors literally saved the day! Johnny called me back within 30 min. He came out to refinish and update the stairs because they needed to be re carpeted. Not realizing he also did carpet, he sat with me and had great samples with him. The stairs were updated with wrought iron spindles and re surfaced before the carpet was laid. I told Johnny, the foyer was now my favorite room ;)!! He ended up doing carpeting all the rooms. They ripped out all the carpeting and replaced with new carpeting in the 3 bedrooms and installed luxury vinyl planking throughout the remainder of the house, including a stairway. Johnny was wonderful to work with, and did a good job of keeping me informed. After making my final decisions, it took less than 2 weeks for the installation to begin! The workers were kind, hard working and pleasant to be around. They always cleaned up the mess at the end of the work day, and dust was not excessive. Creative Floors did a great job on my office. The carpeting behind our reception area was torn & bunching. I sent them an email for a quote, they stopped by the office a few days later & we scheduled for the following week. I got several quotes to have my hardwood floors refinished and decided to go with Creative Floors because Johnny was very professional, explained the process and wasn't an aggressive salesman. They did 3 bedrooms, a small hallway and living room. It was a 3-day process and the crew of 2 arrive both days on time around 8:30 AM. Although the 1st day was very hectic as I had them move the furniture and there was a lot of problems moving the couch. Also had problems powering up the big sanding machine that required 240V. After these hookups things went a lot smoother and they were able to finish the job and move the furniture back on the 3rd day. Had some issues but overall a good experience so I would recommend Creative Floors to family & friends.

Johnny's team refinished my entire first floor and changed the carpeted stairs going to my basement to solid oak stairs. I was very particular about how I wanted it done and his team followed every direction exactly as requested. Had a slight issue with a couple of the planks starting to push up against one another so I reached out to Johnny and he responded within minutes! He came over that same day to take a look at the boards and scheduled a day for his crew to come replace the boards free of charge! They replaced the planks in less than an hour and made sure to clean everything to before leaving. Can't say enough great things about Johnny and his crew, we'll definitely be using Creative Flooring when we decide to do our flooring upstairs.

Johnny and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. We had luxury vinyl installed in 3 different rooms throughout the house and we couldn't be happier with the results. He also gave us the option of doing some of the labor pieces ourselves (removal of all the old carpet) to save some money which we gladly did! The quote came in considerably lower than some of the other vendors in the area so after meeting with Johnny and discussing our options, we knew he was the best guy for the job! Overall, extremely happy with how things turned out, in just 2 days nonetheless! We'll eventually be replacing the carpet upstairs in our home and we'll be going back to Johnny and Creative Floors for that!

We hired Johhny to refinish the floors throughout our house. He came right away to meet us, look at the house and give us an estimate. He was very detailed and pointed out many things are had not even thought about the floors. He helped us decide on the types of thresholds between rooms and the color of the stain.

Once the carpet was peeled back, the floors were extremely uneven and they did a great job of leveling the floors before laying the new hardwood. Although the stain couldn't be matched to the existing floors, they did an excellent job in the living room. Better yet, they completed the entire job in two days. Johnny is super responsive and we really appreciated that. When we texted him a couple of days later asking him a question about the floors, he stopped by real quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend him for your flooring needs. He is also very competitively priced :)
