Great company. Really high quality work at a great price, done really efficiently with great crews. They were flexible and gave us lots of options and are definitely experts in all things flooring. We had our whole upstairs laid with hickory and also had them do the stairs and banister etc. They really do great work and are a great company to work with.

Creative Floors did an excellent job creating seamless floors in our space. The main floor had vinyl, wood, laminate/tile and two kinds of carpet across various spaces, while the second floor had old mismatched carpet. Adam was a blast to work with. He came out to see the place, make measurements and also recommended the right combination of material, functionality and value. Johnny was readily available to explain or update us on their progress. The team worked hard over long hours to get the job completed on time. They totally transformed the look and feel of the house. Shopped around for prices and quality, kept coming back to Creative based upon other reviews I read and looked at. Johnny and Adam were a pleasure to work with and had great ideas to offer as well. The installers carefully moved, covered, and took great care during the project. We also visited the showroom which was beautiful with lots of samples to view and choose from and a helpful desk man. Eventually we had 3 room and a hallway with wood floors installed. We certainly will be back for more projects in the future.

We went with Creative Floors to do our Living/dining room and hallway flooring. We originally were going to refinish existing hardwood, but ran into an issue where part of the flooring was no longer hardwood. Johnny was quick to come up with options and get our floors completed within the same estimated 2 day timeframe. We reached out to several companies for bids on new carpet install and hardwood floor refinishing - CF was the most responsive and the most cost effective on both bids! We had new floors in less than a week! The crews were communicative, on time and very speedy, not to mention friendly and helpful, and their work is beautiful. Creative Floors did an excellent job transforming the look of our home with all new flooring and baseboards on the first floor. We had three separate kinds of dated flooring prior to the crew completing the job in two quick days with very little disruption. Appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. We will be using their services again when we choose to replace the upstairs carpeting.

This was my first time hiring a company to refinish or install flooring. In this case a little bit of both. I selected creative floors because of the confidence I got when speaking with the owner, Johnny. Never felt rushed or pressured to do anything and ended up making my selections over a couple of weeks. The crew was in and out for my job in about 1 week with three or so guys working throughout the day. They were also very patient with my stain selection. Overall the final quality is great and exactly what I was looking for. Any minor issues were resolved timely.

The only thing that I would recommend you inquire about, as I did not do to my lack of experience with this kind of work, is the cleanup of the dust and the retouching up of baseboards and walls that may be required after such a job. I believe it is typical but I wish I would have inquired more about it to know that after the job was done there would be the need to repaint baseboards and wipe down walls, etc.

1100 sq ft of worn, animal-marked hardwood floor with dark spots was sanded, stained, and finished by Creative Floors. The work was done in three days, the office was responsive, and the on-site team was clean and respectful.

They measured spaces precisely and delivered the agreed upon services with fantastic quality. While completing the work, they also identified additional broken boards and completed the services efficiently. We're very happy with the new floors!

We had creative floors refinish our stair case in a light white oak to match our new flooring and changed out the banister, railings and put in black iron spindles. We have had numerous projects done in our Naperville home over the past 30 years but John from Romania who did the work was the best worker we have ever hired. He was meticulous, punctual, kind, humble and worked 10 hour days to complete the project in just 3 days.

Creative Floors installed flooring (hardwood and carpet) throughout our house and we were so pleased with the speed and quality of the work. Johnny was wonderful to work with and we would happily work with them again and refer to others.

Here we go again. We had Creative Floors help us out with the shower tiles and they came out great. We had hired Creative Floors in the past to install our hardwood flooring, sand and refinish them and as expected they did an amazing job. Since that job turned out amazing the renovations carried on towards the bathrooms. And as you know, once you find a great contractor you stick with them. Jonny and Creative Floors delivered again, as expected. The tiles came out great, the glass partition was installed exactly how we envisioned it and just like last time the crew was professional. Johnny's a professional salesman who understood our desires, and was timely with his communication. He was personable and cooperative with us when we needed to change our materials due to supply chain issues became difficult. He took the time to patiently help us pick out the materials we desired.

The CF team was amazing. They were punctual and patient when I forgot to give them a way into my house.They did quality work and were quick due to having a large team. The kitchen needed new trim due to the preivous tile being much higher off the subfloor. They installed new trim and csme back next day and cared about the job being done correctly. They forgot to put my stove back in the kitchen, but sent a team to care of it very quickly, and no qualms or issues. We had LVP and new carpet installed, and they sanded and stained the tops of our stairs

I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again when I finish my basement. Moving into the area into our first home has been stressful, but Creative Floors made this change much easier. The pictures attached are before and after. (We are going to paint the risers ourselves.)

Creative Floors just finished my floors today. They ripped out all the carpeting and replaced with new carpeting in the 3 bedrooms and installed luxury vinyl planking throughout the remainder of the house, including a stairway. Johnny was wonderful to work with, and did a good job of keeping me informed. After making my final decisions, it took less than 2 weeks for the installation to begin! The workers were kind, hard working and pleasant to be around. They always cleaned up the mess at the end of the work day, and dust was not excessive. I would definitely use Creative Floors again and highly recommend them!

Absolutely stunning. If you are debating going with another company you are loosing an exquisite craftsmanship! They turned my havoc wrecked carpet/uneven kitchen flooring into a beautiful and leveled piece of art. Creative Floors did a great job on my office. The carpeting behind our reception area was torn & bunching. I sent them an email for a quote, they stopped by the office a few days later & we scheduled for the following week. They were very responsive to emails & the crew was very professional during install.

I got several quotes to have my hardwood floors refinished and decided to go with Creative Floors because Johnny was very professional, explained the process and wasn't an aggressive salesman. They did 3 bedrooms, a small hallway and living room. It was a 3-day process and the crew of 2 arrive both days on time around 8:30 AM. Although the 1st day was very hectic as I had them move the furniture and there was a lot of problems moving the couch. Also had problems powering up the big sanding machine that required 240V. After these hookups things went a lot smoother and they were able to finish the job and move the furniture back on the 3rd day. Had some issues but overall a good experience so I would recommend Creative Floors to family & friends.

I worked with Creative floors to have our entire first floor redone with hardwood floors. They ripped out the existing hardwood, ceramic tile and carpeting. Timing of the project was pretty close to what was estimated. Johnny stopped by on several occasions to check on the progress and to see if we had any questions. We had some severe settling/level issues to deal with. In a couple locations our subfloors would transition up to 1.5 inches. Johnny worked with his crew to address the issue and provide the best options for getting the new flooring as level as possible. We also had them install all new baseboards which really finished off the great new look. I would definitely recommend Creative Floors. They are serious about providing a great quality service to your home and are very reasonably priced.

if you are looking to have your floors refinished, this is the only place to call!! First we called multiple different companies to get quotes, some places never even bothered to call back. Johnny called us back right away . Not only did he come out quickly to give us a quote but price was extremely reasonable!! The job started at the agreed upon start date, crew was on time, and they work they did was fantastic!!! We are extremely Happy with the results!!

Great work and best prices

When our basement flooded and I wanted a hardy, but beautiful long term solution Johnny was an excellent advisor. We ended up using a luxury vinyl plank, choosing from the many excellent options. I decided to get our second floor done at the same time, choosing a beautiful engineered oak hardwood floor. The transformation was astonishing and has really modernised our whole house. The workmen were precise, yet efficient. They worked long days to ensure the disruption was minimal and did a thorough cleanup after finishing the job. I am a big proponent for supporting small, local business and I am very glad to have used Creative Floors. A huge thank you to Johnny and his crew. Our home feels like new.

I received a botched job from a so called flooring company so horrible I was out of 2000 for the job. I saw an ad for Creative floors and Johnny answered making sure to come same day to give me an estimate. Not only was the estimate reasonable Johnny was able to save 95 percent of the laminate that I had purchased on my own. Johnny’s crew were professional, on time and got down to business immediately. They took up my laminate throughout my home, fixed all the bad cuts as well as made sure to lay the laminate the correct way. Had a slight issue with a couple of the planks starting to push up against one another so I reached out to Johnny and he responded within minutes! He came over that same day to take a look at the boards and scheduled a day for his crew to come replace the boards free of charge! They replaced the planks in less than an hour and made sure to clean everything to before leaving. Can't say enough great things about Johnny and his crew, we'll definitely be using Creative Flooring when we decide to do our flooring upstairs.

Johnny and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. We had luxury vinyl installed in 3 different rooms throughout the house and we couldn't be happier with the results. He also gave us the option of doing some of the labor pieces ourselves (removal of all the old carpet) to save some money which we gladly did! The quote came in considerably lower than some of the other vendors in the area so after meeting with Johnny and discussing our options, we knew he was the best guy for the job! Overall, extremely happy with how things turned out, in just 2 days nonetheless! We'll eventually be replacing the carpet upstairs in our home and we'll be going back to Johnny and Creative Floors for that!

Johnny and his crew are absolutely top notch. They come in and take care of business for a fair price. He installed new hardwood, interlaced into my existing and was able to advise on color choice as I had a room with a different type of wood. It all came out incredible. We hired Johhny to refinish the floors throughout our house. He came right away to meet us, look at the house and give us an estimate. He was very detailed and pointed out many things are had not even thought about the floors. He helped us decide on the types of thresholds between rooms and the color of the stain.
When we decided to move forward he was able to work with our schedule to start the work. The team came and completed the job very quickly and made it really easy on us. After it was done Johnny came by the next day to get a final look for himself, I think this shows he is a true artist and takes pride in his work.
Our floors look absolutely stunning now, we could not be happier. If we had to do it over we would no doubt use Creative Floors again.

Johnny and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job on our living room. It was the only room in our house which still had a carpet. Once the carpet was peeled back, the floors were extremely uneven and they did a great job of leveling the floors before laying the new hardwood. Although the stain couldn't be matched to the existing floors, they did an excellent job in the living room. Better yet, they completed the entire job in two days. Johnny is super responsive and we really appreciated that. When we texted him a couple of days later asking him a question about the floors, he stopped by real quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend him for your flooring needs. He is also very competitively priced :)
