Shopped around for prices and quality, kept coming back to Creative based upon other reviews I read and looked at. Johnny and Adam were a pleasure to work with and had great ideas to offer as well. The installers carefully moved, covered, and took great care during the project. We also visited the showroom which was beautiful with lots of samples to view and choose from and a helpful desk man. Eventually we had 3 room and a hallway with wood floors installed. We certainly will be back for more projects in the future. Many thanks to the wonderful installation team as well as the delivery driver who also handled countless boxes of wood up a flight of stairs on a very hot day.

We had red oak flooring in our kitchen, foyer and 1st floor owners bedroom and carpet in the den, dining room and family room. The flooring made my home feel chopped up and didn’t flow. I wanted the look of natural white oak throughout the first floor but to save on cost of we decided to added the same red oak to our existing carpet areas. When I showed Johnny the pictures of the flooring I wished for he told me he could get it close to the look I wanted. When I saw the finished product I could not be happier. The flooring installation is seamless. You cannot tell where the existing floor was and where the new one was installed. The color turned out better than I could have expected and the water base finish is gorgeous! The installation team was on time and took great care of my home. They were patient and respectful. I highly recommend Creative Flooring for your next project.

We recently hired Creative Flooring for a renovation of our first floor, including new hardwood flooring, an updated kitchen, along with carpet installation on the stairs and second floor hallway—and we are extremely happy and satisfied with the results. From the start, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced. Johnny, as the owner, has been extremely helpful and on top of everything throughout the entire process. They helped us choose the perfect materials for each space, striking a great balance between style, durability, and budget. The hardwood floors completely transformed the main level—beautifully installed with an excellent finish. The kitchen looks modern and fresh straight out of a catalog, and has transformed into our favorite room of the house. And the carpeting upstairs feels perfectly tailored to our home. Johnny and his crew stayed on schedule, and the attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident every step of the way. We hired Creative Floors, Inc. to install hardwood flooring on our second floor and carpet on the stairs. What started as a normal home improvement project turned into one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever had. During installation, about 10 boxes of flooring went missing from our home. The contract clearly stated that all materials were paid for by us, and that any leftover flooring would not be refunded — meaning those extra boxes were ours to keep. When questioned, the crew leader said all materials had been “used.” When we confronted the owner, he gave several conflicting explanations — first denying it, then calling it a “mistake,” and later saying it was a “mix-up with another job.” After we asked to pause the work and verify the materials, the owner became defensive, refused to continue unless we apologized, and ultimately abandoned the project unfinished. We’re now left with incomplete trim work, missing flooring, no door reinstalled, and no carpet installation, despite having already paid most of the contract amount. This was supposed to be a simple flooring and stair project, but it becomes a very disappointing experience. Based on what we went through, I would not recommend this company.

Jonny and Creative floors are great to work with. There were a few hiccups along the way but Jonny came up with solutions. Our floors turned out great and we are very happy. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to install hardwood.
