Oil-base Hardwood Refinish
This project involved the complete refinishing of prefinished hardwood flooring throughout the foyer, living room, hallway, family room, breakfast area, kitchen, powder room, dining room, and one step and landing. We began by sanding down the existing surface to remove the yellowish finish, scratches, and visible signs of wear and tear. The floors were then stained to closely match the color of the staircase, creating a unified and refreshed look across the space. After staining, we applied two coats of oil-based finish to enhance the wood's appearance and provide long-term protection. Our team moved the furniture and appliances as needed to carry out the work efficiently.
