Oil-based Finish Hardwood - Refinish
We refinished the existing hardwood flooring throughout multiple areas of the home, including the family room, breakfast area, kitchen, hallway, dining room, living room, and foyer. The process involved sanding down the old surface, applying a fresh stain, and finishing it with two coats of durable oil-based finish to enhance both appearance and protection. Oil-based finishes are known for their rich, warm tone and their ability to bring out the natural grain and character of the wood. They provide a deep, glossy look that develops a beautiful patina over time. Additionally, oil finishes offer excellent durability, making them ideal for high-traffic areas, and they are slower to dry, which allows for a smoother, more even application. As part of the service, we also handled removing and placing back the furniture, including the refrigerator and piano, to ensure a smooth and complete refinishing job.
