Johnny and his team do amazing work! I’ve hired Creative Floors a few times to install wood floors, and most recently to refinish my kitchen floor. Johnny is reliable, reasonable and trustworthy. I would never use anyone else!

From start to finish we had the best experience with Creative Floors! I sent out a request for a quote, and that same morning an estimator showed up at our house with samples of flooring. He was very knowledgeable and explained why we should make certain choices to make our flooring look nicer and which product was most durable for our dogs. When we wanted to set up the work, he had a crew here within 2 days. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently for 12 hours to get our job done today instead of the original 2 day estimate. The finished product looks amazing! We are so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to others!

Hired Creative Floors to take a look at several areas of our home. They gave us a thoughtful analysis of what could be done at our budget and delivered on the quality they described. They finished the job within the time and cost agreed upon, stayed in touch throughout the project and communicated very well. We will definitly look to them in the future if we have any more needs in this area.

John has worked in my home twice over the last 10 years. The first time he refinished our hardwood floors and installed new flooring in our upstairs hallway and our office. His work was fantastic! The floors looked like new and the new floors perfectly matched the old floors. We trusted him to be in our home while we were away for the three days of repair.

About four years ago I called them back for a second time after we had water damage to our floor. Once again he made them look like new.

John is very friendly, honest, knows what he is doing and is fair with his pricing. Our floors look great, but when it’s time to sell our home we will have him come back to give them a fresh new look!

We hired Johhny to refinish the floors throughout our house. He came right away to meet us, look at the house and give us an estimate. He was very detailed and pointed out many things are had not even thought about the floors. He helped us decide on the types of thresholds between rooms and the color of the stain.

When we decided to move forward he was able to work with our schedule to start the work. The team came and completed the job very quickly and made it really easy on us. After it was done Johnny came by the next day to get a final look for himself, I think this shows he is a true artist and takes pride in his work.

Our floors look absolutely stunning now, we could not be happier. If we had to do it over we would no doubt use Creative Floors again.

Johnny and his crew did an amazing job. We had existing hardwood in our kitchen, hall and bathroom and wanted to add hardwood to our office, living and dining room. Johnny sanded down our existing floors and tied the new flooring in beautifully. He spent time with us, helping us decide what stain color to use, and was extremely professional.
