From start to finish we had the best experience with Creative Floors! I sent out a request for a quote, and that same morning an estimator showed up at our house with samples of flooring. He was very knowledgeable and explained why we should make certain choices to make our flooring look nicer and which product was most durable for our dogs. When we wanted to set up the work, he had a crew here within 2 days. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently for 12 hours to get our job done today instead of the original 2 day estimate. The finished product looks amazing! We are so happy with their work and would highly recommend them to others!

I will definitely be using this company again to do my next project. Johnny was very professional when he came out to give me and estimate. I had others come but his friendliness is what made me use his company. My hallway and my stairs are beautiful?

John has worked in my home twice over the last 10 years. The first time he refinished our hardwood floors and installed new flooring in our upstairs hallway and our office. His work was fantastic! The floors looked like new and the new floors perfectly matched the old floors. We trusted him to be in our home while we were away for the three days of repair.

About four years ago I called them back for a second time after we had water damage to our floor. Once again he made them look like new.

John is very friendly, honest, knows what he is doing and is fair with his pricing. Our floors look great, but when it’s time to sell our home we will have him come back to give them a fresh new look!

My wife and I are so happy we hired Creative Floors for our flooring needs. We had carpeting installed in our bonus room and luxury vinyl plank in the basement. Both look great. Johnny is a great guy and his team did an amazing job. We look forward to hiring Johnny again for any other projects we will have in the future.

Johnny and his team were incredible! They did the best job on our home remodel. Our new floors are perfect and the transformation of our old solid oak walls brought our home into the 21st century. They also painted every wall and ceiling wonderfully. We are very satisfied with everything including the price. I highly recommend them!

Johnny and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job on our living room. It was the only room in our house which still had a carpet. Once the carpet was peeled back, the floors were extremely uneven and they did a great job of leveling the floors before laying the new hardwood. Although the stain couldn't be matched to the existing floors, they did an excellent job in the living room. Better yet, they completed the entire job in two days. Johnny is super responsive and we really appreciated that. When we texted him a couple of days later asking him a question about the floors, he stopped by real quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend him for your flooring needs. He is also very competitively priced 🙂
