We hired Creative Flooring to install hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The workers were very detail oriented, the price was reasonable, the job was completed in two days, and they even helped move a piece of furniture back in place. Johnny and his team were incredible! They did the best job on our home remodel. Our new floors are perfect and the transformation of our old solid oak walls brought our home into the 21st century. They also painted every wall and ceiling wonderfully. We are very satisfied with everything including the price. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Creative floors to have our entire first floor redone with hardwood floors. They ripped out the existing hardwood, ceramic tile and carpeting. Timing of the project was pretty close to what was estimated. Johnny stopped by on several occasions to check on the progress and to see if we had any questions. We had some severe settling/level issues to deal with. In a couple locations our subfloors would transition up to 1.5 inches. Johnny worked with his crew to address the issue and provide the best options for getting the new flooring as level as possible. We also had them install all new baseboards which really finished off the great new look. I would definitely recommend Creative Floors. They are serious about providing a great quality service to your home and are very reasonably priced.

I will definitely be using this company again to do my next project. Johnny was very professional when he came out to give me and estimate. I had others come but his friendliness is what made me use his company. My hallway and my stairs are beautiful?

Just finished our second project with Creative Floors and we couldn't be more happy. The install crew did a great job on the LVP flooring and trim, their attention to detail was fantastic. I had a few particular areas I needed specific attention and they executed my vision perfectly. We can't wait to hire them again to finish our front room and kitchen so our entire home has matching floors. Our main point of contact, Johnny, was great to work with again. He's a straight shooter, quotes projects out fairly, and is very responsive to questions.

Johnny and his crew did an amazing job. We had existing hardwood in our kitchen, hall and bathroom and wanted to add hardwood to our office, living and dining room. Johnny sanded down our existing floors and tied the new flooring in beautifully. He spent time with us, helping us decide what stain color to use, and was extremely professional. Johnny and his team were wonderful to work with, did a beautiful job and beat all the estimates we had received. His team was neat and he completed the job in the time frame he told us. My old floors (1909) were super squeaky and in need of being refinished. I contacted Creative Flooring and Johnny came out the next day to inspect my situation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to begin work the following week. My wife and I were hoping to just address the squeaks, but we realized we also had to refinish our floors. Johnny gave us a very good price and by the time the work was finished, we were in love with our new, refinished hardwood floors (squeak free). What I appreciated most about Johnny was his professionalism throughout the whole process. He always answered the phone when I called him (no matter the time of the day) and walked my wife and I through every step of the process. It's rare these days to find a company that can offer you this type of service!
