The workers were very detail oriented, the price was reasonable, the job was completed in two days, and they even helped move a piece of furniture back in place. Johnny and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job on our living room. It was the only room in our house which still had a carpet. Once the carpet was peeled back, the floors were extremely uneven and they did a great job of leveling the floors before laying the new hardwood. Although the stain couldn't be matched to the existing floors, they did an excellent job in the living room. Better yet, they completed the entire job in two days. Johnny is super responsive and we really appreciated that. When we texted him a couple of days later asking him a question about the floors, he stopped by real quick to address our questions. Would highly recommend him for your flooring needs. He is also very competitively priced 🙂

I love my beautiful hardwood floors and am so happy I had them done by Creative Floors. Every step of the process went smoothly. Johnny was exceptionally helpful, advising us on all our options and assisting us in getting the various samples we considered. He is very knowledgeable, and we felt comfortable relying on his expertise. Communication was easy. We got a quick response to every question we had, and concerns were addressed immediately. The timeline was exactly as promised. It was a very labor intensive job, and our installation team headed by Nick was amazing. In addition to laying my new floors, they removed old carpeting and hardwood floors, moved furniture, and left our house thoroughly clean. They were hard working, extremely reliable and professional. I worked with Creative floors to have our entire first floor redone with hardwood floors. They ripped out the existing hardwood, ceramic tile and carpeting. Timing of the project was pretty close to what was estimated. Johnny stopped by on several occasions to check on the progress and to see if we had any questions. We had some severe settling/level issues to deal with. In a couple locations our subfloors would transition up to 1.5 inches. Johnny worked with his crew to address the issue and provide the best options for getting the new flooring as level as possible. We also had them install all new baseboards which really finished off the great new look. I would definitely recommend Creative Floors. They are serious about providing a great quality service to your home and are very reasonably priced.
